Mr. Pattison (for Tadhg Murphy) asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he has now fully considered the amendments to the Cork City Management Act suggested by the Cork Corporation, and whether he proposes to introduce legislation to amend the Act accordingly and, if so, when the necessary legislation will be introduced.

Mr. O Ceallaigh: I expect to be in a position in the near future to communicate with the city council regarding their proposals for the amendment of [3] the Cork City Management Act, 1929. I cannot say at present if legislation will be introduced.
