Risteárd Ua Maolchatha Risteárd Ua Maolchatha Risteárd Ua Maolchatha asked the Minister for Justice if he will state whether he has received a report that a concrete dance platform on the road at Tucusheens, Kilpatrick, Bandon, was maliciously destroyed; and if he will state whether the persons guilty of this offence have been identified and charged. No persons have been charged in either case.
