General MacEoin asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) if the scheme for the division of the Bond Estate, Ballyhoolivan, County Longford, has been approved; (b) if he can state the names of the allottees, and (c) when possession is likely to be given to the allottees.

Mr. O'Grady: A scheme for the division of the Bond Estate, Ballyhoolivan, County Longford, has been approved and the Land Commission hope to be in a position to put it into operation at an early date. It is not customary to disclose the names of the selected allottees prior to the actual allotment.

General MacEoin: Will the Parliamentary Secretary indicate the approximate date when possession will be given to the allottees?
