Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Langan Estate, Meath.

Mr. Davitt asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether any portion of the Langan Estate, Kilwarden, Hill of Down, Co. Meath, has been acquired by the Land Commission, and, if so, when a division of such land is likely to take place.

Minister for Defence (Mr. Aiken) (for Minister for Lands and Fisheries): Proceedings are pending for the acquisition by the Land Commission of the lands of Kilwarden, containing 366a. 3r. 0p., on the Langan estate. [1040] County Meath. These lands were published in a provisional list on 24th February last, but at the present stage of the proceedings it is not possible to say when the lands can be divided.
