Mr. M. O'Reilly asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the Days Estate, Rathcore.

Mr. Lynch: The lands of Rathcore containing 396 acres were published in a Provisional List of Lands which, if not excluded in consequence of a valid objection, will become vested in the Land Commission on the Appointed Day. On subsequent investigation of the circumstances of the case the Land Commission decided to postpone further proceedings for the present.
