Mr. Moore: Could the Minister say whether the creamery that it is proposed to erect is intended to be a creamery for research purposes or a mere trading concern?

Mr. Blythe: It is to be an instructional creamery. It will be bigger in size than a mere research creamery, but it will be conducted for the purpose of research and of providing instruction for prospective creamery managers in the management and control of creameries.

Mr. Moore: I presume its products will be sold in the open market?

Mr. Blythe: Yes.
