Dr. O'Dowd Dr. O'Dowd Dr. O'Dowd asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether the Land Commission have acquired Grange Farm, on the C.H. Crofton Estate, County Roscommon; and whether he can state when this farm will be sub-divided. Acheson, containing 255 acres on the former Crofton Estate, purchased by him under the Land Purchase Acts subject to a Land Purchase Annuity. It has not yet been found possible to provide suitable lands in exchange for Mr. Acheson's lands, and therefore at this stage the Land Commission cannot state when the lands may be sub-divided.
