TOMAS O RAGHALLAIGH asked the Minister for Defence whether a man named Patrick Murphy, resident in Cahirciveen, Co. Kerry, is in receipt of a pension under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1925, and, if so, whether he will state the periods of service which this man rendered to entitle him to a military service certificate.
