Mr. LAW asked the Minister for Finance whether he is aware that the Donegal County Council, at the last meeting, definitely pledged itself to contribute one-third of the estimated cost of improvements at Rathmullen Pier; and whether, having regard to this fact, he is now prepared to find the balance required in order that the works may be carried out as soon as possible.
