BYRNE asked the President whether he can state (a) what progress has been made by the InterDepartmental Committee on Road Traffic, appointed early last year; and when it is expected that its Report will be available; (b) whether another Inter-Departmental Committee has been appointed, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ingram, of the Department of Industry and Commerce; and, if so, what are the constitution and terms of reference of such Committee.
