CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MACAMORE CO-OPERATIVE CREAMERY.

Mr. ALLEN asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he is aware that after the 18th December next, owing to the provisions in the Dairy Produce Act, 1924, the Macamore Co-operative Creamery, of Ballycanew and Kilmuckridge, will be compelled to close down, and if immediate steps will be taken to have the Act amended so as to allow this society to continue calling its produce creamery butter.

Mr. HOGAN: The position of the creamery referred to is receiving my careful consideration.
