Kildare. held by Miss Mary Nolan, aged 80 years, with apparently no relatives, of Ricketstown, Co. Carlow, where she holds another farm of about 50 Irish acres, for the relief of congestion, and, if so, whether the claim of James Lawler, nephew of John Lawler, who was evicted from the Ballyraggan farm in 1897, will receive favourable consideration.
