Mr. DAVID HALL asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission have taken any steps to acquire the Donaldson Estate, Hartlands, Crossakiel, Kells, Co. Meath; and whether he can state when this estate will be acquired for distribution among the thirty-five congests residing at Hartlands.

Mr. HOGAN: There is no townland named Hartlands in the official index of townlands, but there is a demesne called Hartstown owned by the representatives of R. Donaldson, which may be the lands referred to. Inquiries will be made.
