PEADAR S. O DUBHGHAILL asked the Minister for Finance if he has yet considered the scheme submitted to him by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs relative to the installation of an Irish Broadcasting Station in the Saorstát, and if so, if he will state when he will be in a position to make an announcement.

Mr. BLYTHE: The scheme for the setting up of a Broadcasting Station in the Saorstát submitted by the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs is at present under consideration by the Executive Council, and I hope to be in a position to make an announcement on the matter at an early date.
