[1651] Mr. D. HALL asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether Thos. Robinson, Hut 16, Hare Park Camp, Curragh, who was arrested on the 30th June, 1923, has been charged, and, if so, if he will state the nature of the charge, and when the trial will take place.

General MULCAHY: Mr. Robinson was charged before a military tribunal on the 5th July, 1923, with being in illegal possession of a land mine. He was found guilty and sentenced to two years' imprisonment.
