DARGHAL FIGES: To ask the Minister for Finance if he has considered the case of James Tyrrell, of the Engineering Branch, Post Office Telephones, Dublin City, placed before the Provisional Government so long ago as last February by the Victimised Civil Servants' Association, for reinstatement in his position, and what it is proposed to do in this matter?

MINISTER for FINANCE (the President): J.J. Tyrrell was re-employed in the Engineering Department, General Post Office, on 22nd May last, and is employed there at present.
